Chicken Malai Tikkah
Ingredients:
• Chicken Boneless ½ Kg
• Spring Onion 2 tbsp (table spoon)
• White Onion 2 tbsp
• Coriander leave 2 tbsp
• Ginger Garlic paste 2 tbsp
• Green Chilli 3 piece
• White Piper 1 tbsp
• Black Piper 1 tbsp
• Cornflour 1 tbsp
• Salt (As per taste)
• Fresh Cream ½ cup
• Butter melted ½ cup
• Yogurt 1 cup
Making:
First make a paste by adding all ingredients in yogurt except Cornflour and White Onion.
Marinade Chicken in the above paste for overnight.
Soothe white onion in a pan using a little amount of cooking oil.
Next add marinated chicken in it and fry it.
Then let it cook for 5 minutes with cover on. (do not add water)
After a while when oil rises up, mix cornflour in half cup of water and add it to the chicken.
Cook it for 1 minute and then place a piece of burning coal in foil paper in the pan and cover it.
Cook for 3 minutes and tasty Chicken Malai Tikkah is ready to serve.
