Hi Guys!

Day 8, woo-hoo!

Fasting in Canada is a bit harder IMO than in Indonesia. Long hours 🤣 Plus, I have to prepare foods (for my family) way before the time to break the fast, so my tummy growls like maniac 🤣

Today's recipe is called Kue Lumpur, a traditional mud cake which uses potato 🤤🤤🤤🤤

150 g potatoes
125 g margarine
2-3 tbsp sugar
1 can coconut milk
250 g flour
Raisins
