DRAFT ORDER – ADMINISTRATIVE
Upon the written confirmation by from this Court on March 4th 2020, stating that Proceedings were issued by the Council, and the court have no record of issuing proceedings, thus admitting that the unsealed document titled Liability Order numbered 1706 is a Counterfeit.
Not withstanding the fact that a false court order has no force in law, Ian D’Sousa and his vulnerable family, have been the victims of extreme violence, human rights abuses, and defamatory publications in the media, by a number of individuals, falsely using the name of the court as printed on the document.
A) It is hereby ordered, that the proceedings referred to on the document, be declared a nullity
B) The position of the victims be restored, as if the crime had never taken place
C) with costs and aggravated damages, to be decided at a separate costs hearing
D) The Court’s Anti Fraud Policy be invoked forthwith to end the live violence, threats, defamation and Human Rights abuses. And bring the offenders to a trial by Jury.
