never ending stories, deuteragonist rises

I like your call out to PopOS, I have used it on a few of my machines, works nice, but I still fallback to Slackware ( just my fave distro ). Also I like your resourcefulness it sounds like me as well. I cannot let a broken down old PC go to waste, if it has RAM and a CPU its a potential miner for me. I just got an old Dell Precision tower with 4 x Xeon processors and 8GB from Facebook Market free, and now I am mining on this old beast! We need to keep our planet clean from toxic tech in the trash heaps, I will keep them for a few more years.

absolutely agree, yeah slackware blast from the past. used to use that all the time but i just love my GUI too much. i use cli a lot more again now but i never really liked playing around in grub. bootloaders has gotten much better in recent years. pop was perfect for my old imac.
