Salt as per taste
3 tbsp Oil

For Pulao Process :
5 tbsp Oil
2 medium size Potato
4 Cloves
10-12 Black Pepper
1 inch Cinnamon Stick
1 Bay Leaf
2 Green Cardamom
1 Star Anise
1/2 tbsp Caraway Seeds
Mace
1 Black Cardamom
2 medium size chopped Onion
1 medium size chopped Tomato
Salt as per taste
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Green Chilli
1/2 tbsp Cumin Powder
2 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
Marination Paste
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Chopped Mint Leaves
2.5 glass Water
Salt as per taste
1.5 glass Basmati Rice
