I wasnt in to blogging or writing then. I usually go for a short vacation to calm me down. I have anxiety and depression. It was pandemic, we were on lockdown. My depressive episodes became frequent. Someone suggested to do art. Im not artistic and i dont know anything in art. Someone sent me art materials and said to try it. Doesnt have to be perfect just color it in. It helped. Never thought of the paint by numbers would be therapeutic. Everything was quiet.. calm.. clear. I had fun. It made me smile and proud especially when i see my progress. I am making progress myself as well. One step at a time.
