Some still think #Pawchain is a regular kind of Layer 2 blockchain like Shibarium (Beta), Optimism, Arbitrum & etc, which are built on top of Layer 1 blockchain like Eth, Solana, Cronos etc and capable of scaling only those Layer 1 on top of which they are made .
