要考虑到有些项目方可能经过前期宣发，项目设计已定，不能且不愿临时再改名，即使重名人家也要用，如果这个时候不能重名了，反而把项目方赶走了啊？如果有人恶意先抢注了很多品牌，而且v3上不能重名，那反而成了灾难！
