How To Deal With Alien Microbes?

I’ve often pondered a “Semiconductor Planet.” Imagine a planet rich in silicon, gallium oceans, all kinds of minerals containing As, Ge, transition metals, rare earths, and others. Possibly some organometallic complexes and transition metal ligand species. Given billions of years the right pebbles come in contact, conduction through metallic veins in the rocks, then layers of such networks ultimately leading to a natural circuit! Evolution could produce a complex “machine” based on silicon, semiconductors and metals, instead of carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, and water. We already know that advanced semiconductor devices are capable of rudimentary AI...the “Semiconductor Planet” could have intelligent life unlike our own 🤷‍♂️
