I woke up at 6:30 in the morning first I brushed my teeth I was feeling thirsty so I took 1 glass of hot milk, and went to gym and today i had to do back biceps workout after reaching gym I did stretching and warm-ups then I started back workout and I complete all sets one by one.
then i did biceps workout and did trysep work out also after completing that,
I asked the trainer for some tips and diet because I want to burn more fat than increase my muscle mass.
My weight had reached 82 kg, so I gave up junk food and cold drinks completely, and started less oily homemade food. And after 2 month (now) my weight is 77kg,
At first I had a lot of trouble leaving everything because Previously I was very missing Pizza, Noodles, Burgers, Vadapav, Shawarma, Biryani, and Karim's special Chicken Kathi Roll, but now I eat out once in 15 days because now I control myself to over eat,
I was very fit in 2018

But not now .
That's why I go to the gym daily and work out very hard to became fit again,
My simple diet plan, what i got today from my gym trainer
Diet plan
he whatsapp me and i will follow from tomorrow,
after reaching home first I get shower and took breakfast and went to work
At work
we making corner sofa and it will be complete tomorrow But you see this incomplete photo of sofa, we have done it only foaming and tomorrow we will complete it.
And only the fabric is left to be put, we will complete it tomorrow ,After completion, I will definitely share the photo with you.
Lunch time
Today's last meal, diet starts from tomorrow
Kima, roti, Tahari, and plain rice
After having lunch, we continued to work.Didn't realize while working that it was 8:00.We took our tools in our bagp and left for home.
While coming home I saw MLA Imtiaz Jalil sahib of our city and ayyub Jagirdar sahib standing talking amongst themselves.
After coming home I washed my face ,hand and ate dinner . After having dinner, watched TV for a while and then later went to sleep.
this is how my whole day passed,

Loved reading your diary. You have decided very well on maintaining body fitness. I am also trying to avoid overeating and get back to a healthy diet.
