Friday. 5/11/2021

Today is Friday and I had to get up late today but due to power outage, my eyes opened at 6:00. After 5 minutes I left the bed and I brushed my teeth and get freshed and drank a glass of warm water mixed with honey.
then i went to the gym. I start workout today from stretching and i did Cardio also after that i
started back and biceps , first i did back exercises then completed the biceps exercise I rested for a while Then i left the gym while coming home I bought some toast, after reaching home first I get shower and took breakfast and dad tea,

After that I go to the market for shopping with the family.
We liked a dress for my wife, but they didn't have colors available , The color I asked for. He said you will get it after 2 days.
After that we went to a foot ware shop i purchased a sandal for my wife and one shoe for my son

This is a smaller size than the one we bought.

After that we went to the kids fashion shop and bought a dress for my son
We Didn't like any dress even after seeing a lot of dresses , Then we left there and went to another shop that we bought a (4 piece ) dress as I wanted, Then we left from there with the dress. Then we had ice cream in Shahganj. After that we came back home

I was very tired so I took a nap for 1 hour , after woakup I went out to meet my friend and I came back home after 1 hour ,

Dinner

I had dinner with my family after dinner I went to sleep

this is how my whole day passed,
