So let's start my diary!
In this morning i woke up at 7am I brushed my teeth and drank a glass of warm water mixed with honey and lemon and went to gym I did warm-ups pull-Ups and general exercise and after exercise I came home and take bath and get freshed ,

Breakfast

In the breakfast I hade boil chicken soup because Chicken is a source of protein.

10:am

After having breakfast I went to work. At work I had to tell a mattress. So after visiting the site, I brought his measurement. Size is 71/82
So I had to cut a little bit on both sides. Because quer sheet size 72/84.

Then I started cutting the quer sheet it took a lot of time to cut, that quer Sheet is very thick and was three and a half inches . After cutting out the sheet, I pressed a 2-inch 50-density foam onto it. Then I put cloth on what is called a culd .

Cut the size of the cloth and start steeching. After 15 minutes it was sewn, then I put on the cloth, this way the mattress is ready,

evening

It took 4 hours and now it's 5:30 in the evening I packed my tools ,And there was a little chiller work, I did that too, and left for my home. My Mom had made a list of some items, so while coming home, I bought all of them from the shop. And came home so I saw that on the front electric pole of my house the electrition were installing new lights. I am very happy to see that it will not be dark in the street tonight So I clicked a photo

after that i had dinner and after dinner I watched money heist

The whole day passed like this and now I was very sleepy so I went to sleep.
