There's a beautiful day, Headed your way, Keep your head up, up, up You'll be ok, A beautiful day- Miss V

Hello lovely people,

Some songs really motivate and pump you up for the whole day. Today I woke up at 8.30 am and was lazing in bed for some time. I played some feel-good songs on my mobile phone.
I have a playlist which has my favorite songs in it and they are definitely mood changer. So I have many playlists for my different moods.

I did my morning routine and went to prepare breakfast. Every morning, this is like a big question about what to prepare for breakfast, because I try to prepare something different each day.

So I prepared dhokla. Dhokla is a very famous Gujarati cuisine and I absolutely love it. I divided dhokla batter into two portions, one portion I steamed in the cooker and other I made in the oven to see the difference in taste and texture. I think the cooker one was more moist and tasty.

After having breakfast I opened my laptop and started working on my fashion designing work.

It was afternoon, I started preparing the lunch and meanwhile, I prepared green tea for myself, I cut fruits and salad for lunch. In lunch, I prepared Dahi ke aloo with chapati.
Dahi ke alloo is a very simple but tasty dish. If you are running out of vegetables in your house, it's a good option.
After having lunch I ordered vegetables and fruits online on BigBasket.

I continued my work after all this.

In the evening, I went out and had some chaat from a nearby shop. I was literally craving a good chaat for so long.
I came back home and prepared tea and I was still hungry even after having chat so I just fried some cottage cheese cubes and had it with green chutney. These are rare days when I am this much hungry.
But after having all this I was quite full.

I skipped my exercise today, though I should have done it.
I sat on the sofa in my living room to watch tv and I was watching this show 'Selling Sunset' on Netflix. It's a reality show on real state and it's quite catchy. I am liking it so far.

I had a light dinner as I already had so much in the evening and was not so hungry. I started reading a book and slept after some time.

Here is my introduction post.

I like how you got a song to motivate you to get up and how you have a playlist for different moods it's always something I wanted to do because I have to search or find new songs when it a certain mood also those cheese cubes look delicious.

Thank you for stopping by my post.

I think two things are the most necessary to be alive. One is music and the other is food.
You have made very good dishes. You said that there is a playlist of different songs for every mood. Shows a different and unique interesting style of your behaviour which rarely found in some one.
It is said that 'when we can become amazing then why be normal'
Keep it up.

Thank you for your kind words :)

Yes, because of steam, but I like the experiment. That makes a chef more convincing on a specific recipe, no matter during the experiment if it fails or leads to nowhere.

"Papdi chat" would cause everyone to salivate who stops by your post.

Have a great day.

Steem on.
