Betterlife !! The Diary Game:- My Diary Date: 28-10-2021| Thursday Diaries

Hello, dear steemit friends, This is Atul Pathak. I am currently staying in the Gonda district of Uttar Pradesh, India.
Now, I am starting my diary of how I spent my day.

Morning Time

Today I woke up at 09:00 AM. I brushed up and walked on the roof for 20 minutes. After that, I came to my roof and prepared a Whey protein shake mixed with banana as a pre-exercise meal. After warmup for 10 minutes, I did intense chest and back exercises.

Now, after taking a rest for 30 minutes, I boiled 4 eggs and had their white part with a glass of toned milk.

Afternoon Time

I had to visit the bank as the Branch manager has called me and told me that my Xpress loan has been approved and it needs some signature so I visited the bank and completed all the process.
Finally, the amount has been credited to my account. It took less than 7 days to get the loan which can be considered a very fast service.
I returned home and made aalu Dal fry and plain rice and had it.
Then I opened my laptop and spent a few hours reading the diaries of the people who have made the comments on my post. I read @ayazali @varsha001, @lavanyalakshman @pathakji and @rohitksharma.
While I was reading @rohitksharma's diary, a friend of mine called me and asked me to go to the market.

Evening Time

It was 04:00 PM I went to the market. My friend had to buy clothes so we went to the cloth store.

After shopping, I went to the sweet shop and had Rasgulla and packet gujhiya for home.

I returned home at 7 PM and started my study. I solved some problems of reasoning and revised IPC sections for the UPSI exam as its exam date is expected within 2 months.

It was 09:00 PM and I opened the TV for watching the Kaun Banega Crore Pati show. I watched it and now it was time for preparing dinner.

I made Dal dry and rice because it can be cooked very quickly.

That's was how I spent my Thursday (28 Oct 2021).
