Better Life - The Diary Game - 28 Oct 2021 - Closing in on another year end

Namaste everyone, hope you all are doing fine. This is my latest diarygame post.

After getting up around 9 am, I got myself freshened up and had tea. Then I checked the notifications on my phone. Also a bit of disappointment hovered around since I stayed awake till 3:30 AM to watch the ManUtd game but they could only play a draw. 😭

A few minutes later I went out to our kitchen garden area where the wintry sun was beaming down. This year, a harsh winter is being predicted, something to do with El Nino-related climatic phenomenon.

I took some snaps of the garden veggies growing in this time of the season.

My father looks after the garden himself, may be it's like his favourite hobby. He also plans to set up more flowering plants in the unused land in the next few months.

After lunch I went to town to buy a watch with a friend of mine. My previous watch served me dearly for 8 long years. So I thought about getting a new one.

Luckily I got an exchange offer and discount as well. I decided to stick with the same brand -- Sonata, and go for an improved version for around 30 USD. We loitered around the market place for a while.

On the way back, me and my friend stopped at a fast food joint and decided to have mixed chowmein. It was a value for money I must tell you --- eggs, chicken and mushroom, all together and good taste.

As the days are short in winters, it grew dark quickly and I reached home by around 6:30pm. I wanted to kill some time so played a game of FIFA on my iPad.

Just had my cup of evening tea now. And I await dinner in an hour and a half. So that's how my day went.
