Good evening everyone ,
I am here to share about how i spent my day today with all of you. If you followed my yesterday's post then you must be knowing that i was suppose to go on a trip with my family today.

So we all decided to go to few famous historical monuments in our city including qutub minar , india gate , lotus temple etc.

So we departed from our place by 10:30 AM for our first destination that was qutub minar. we reached there after a one complete hour as we found a lot of traffic on the way.

Here is what you see as soon as you enter the area where qutub minar was build.

It was looking like a sitting area of the king but i am not sure about that , maybe if you hire a guide he will tell the history of each and everything.

I loved the entire area because it was all surrounded by green trees. We spent there only 15 minutes and it started raining heavily and sadly we have to hide under a dome.

I wanted to spend more time here because the environment was really nice and anyone who loves nature would want to spend time here.

Here is the photo of qutub minar itself , it is really beautiful. My father told me that when he was small people were allowed to go inside the qutub minar as well and that he even went inside it in the year 1980.

You can tell from the photograph i have shared above that it is about to rain heavily. I took this photo when it was raining lightly.

We waited for almost one hour so that the rain will stop and so we can go to next place but sadly rain didn't stopped.

So as we don't have any option left we went till our car in the rain and when we reached our car the driver told us that everything is closed today and there is no use to go to other places.

India gate was also closed as parliament house is under construction, it is one of the mega projects going in our country and it is suppose to complete till October 2022.

So we went to Jama masjid and there we visited karim restaurant to eat something as we all were really hungry.

There sadly our trip ended as many places were closed and because of rain it was difficult to travel to various other places as well.

That's how my day went today and we came back home by 7:00 PM and here i end my post for the day.

I hope you all liked my photographs , thank you.

Some fine images taken. Though these days there is not much crowd. I wonder once the corona is gone it'd be hard to find empty spaces near such places. It's good to see the images which are refreshing. Which camera do you use?
