We often become reactive to every situation we face. Sometimes these reactions are automatic and sometimes it is imposed.

Let’s talk about some imposed reactions:

In professional life, the superior instructs that the job be done by today at a specific time. But the job is as such that it can’t be completed by today. Our automatic reaction would be “No” can’t do by today. But the reaction could have been that “Definitely I will do it today, but it requires your help to do that”. Superior can understand the time required to complete the job and alternative solutions could be there.

In a football match when a penalty kick has been taken, most of the time, the goalkeeper is unable to understand where the ball will be placed by the kicker. But when he planned his reaction to the kick, in many examples it has seen that he saved the goal.

So, before being given any reaction take your time, wherever you have that, and then react. You will find that in most cases the problem has been solved.

Today got up from bed at 6.00 a.m. After completing the personal hygiene started the morning walk from 6.30 a.m. It was a very hot day today. Walked for around 45 minutes on the rooftop of my house.

Then took the morning tea and read today’s paper.

_{(Cleaned Aquarium)}

The aquarium cleaning person came at 9.00 a.m. and he cleaned the aquarium thoroughly and took almost two and half hours to clean the same. I have taken some pictures of that after the cleaning.

_(Breakfast)
Took my breakfast at 10.00 a.m. Had homemade pizzas and momos in my breakfast. After that watched the cleaning of the aquarium and helped him to do so.

After taking my bath at 2.30 p.m. had my lunch. For lunch today I had Fried rice with chicken curry. I was feeling very hungry after knowing the dishes.

Then started watching the match between India and Sri Lanka. It was a close match and ultimately India had won the match.

_{(Evening Sky)}

At 6.45 p.m. started the evening walk and walked for almost 50 minutes. After that took the evening shower and started watching the rest of the match.

I had my dinner at 11.00 p.m. and went to bed at 11.30 p.m.

The reaction of Indian Batters was a very controlled one and that might be one of the reasons that they have won the match.
