Maintaining an interpersonal relationship is a skill, which requires a lot of nurture. This is an acquired quality. In any profession, business depends on this qualification. There are many books on the development of this interpersonal relationship.

In the sales profession, NGO works, maintaining peace and harmony, politics, chain marketing, and many more this skill plays an important role with others.

Earlier we believed, that this skill can be applied only in direct contact with two or more humans physically, but now things have changed, there are many ways to develop and apply this skill. One of them is using a telephone or mobile. Sending text, photos, using messenger, etc. can increase the interpersonal relationship. There are other means also apart from physical touch.

I feel, one of the tools is also the web chain. I may not be knowing a person personally but the relationship continues with the chain by sending comments, encouragement, and compliments.

Today also I was scheduled to go to the office in the afternoon. Got up at 5.30 am and after fifteen minutes started the morning walk on the rooftop. The sky was not clear and the clouds were roaming. A passing shower was common.

After the walk had the morning tea and watched the news channel on television.

(Breakfast)

After that taken bath and made myself ready for the office. Had breakfast with Rooti, omelet, and tempering fried pule.

Taken the car out and went to the office around 12.30 pm. In some places repairing of the road is going on, so stuck in traffic, though the movement of the car on road is less.

(Tiffin-flattened rice)

Took the tiffin with me to have it in the office. Had the tiffin at 3.00 pm as the breakfast was heavy. In tiffin had flattened rice mixed with groundnut, Ghee, cashew, beans, and Raisins. The taste was nice.

Around 5.00 pm left the office for residence. On the way while coming back took some photographs of the street. Reached around 6.45 pm. Took the evening tea and got ready for the evening walk.

Interestingly the sky was started clearing up and the moonlight was falling on the roof. Took a picture of the moon. It was lovely to view.

(Dinner- Biryani)

After freshening up, was watching the cricket match between India and New Zealand. Ordered Biriyani from outside and had dinner with that.

In my profession interpersonal relationship is very important, so made some important call before going to bed.
