The Industrialist is Ratan Naval Tata.
Who is known for his work and his success journey.
He is a true example of a esteemed entrepreneur.

A BRIEF INTRODUCTION ABOUT RATAN NAVAL TATA
Ratan Tata was born on 28th December 1937 in Bombay(Mumbai), Done his Graduation from Cornell University.
After his Parents got separated, he was raised by his grandmother (Lady Navajbai Tata). He started his career by joining his Father company in 1962.
He used to work on the shop floor of Tata Steel, than He was a former chairman of Tata Sons, Tata Group from 1990 to 2012,
and continues to lead his trusts. He has been honored with two of India's BIGGEST Civilian award- The Padma Bhushan in 2000 and Padma Vibhushan in 2008.
Ratan Tata is seen today as one of the iconic industrialist and a down to earth person. Every one knows him for his goodness and for the the good work.
He has done for the nation.

AS A PHILANTHROPIST
Rata Tata Invested more than 65% of his shares in Charitable trust, Which may be used for the good of the people. Tata Education and development
trust. He also provided a $28 Million Tata Scholarship fund that will allow Cornell University to provide financial assistance to graduate students from India.
Whenever the country and the people have been hit by disaster and some other problem, Ratan Tata has always helped by moving forward.
whether to provide help and ration to the people trapped in the disaster or to help them by standing with their Employees due to this Covid Pandemic.
When our government announced to impose a nationwide lockdown due to Covid pandamic and many companies started layoff the employees then he spoke :
“These are the people that have worked for you, these are the people who have served you all their careers and you send them out to live in the rain? Is that your definition of ethics when you treat your labour force that way?”
RATAN TATA'S FAILURES AND SUCESS STORY
Rata Tata also experienced failures. We all know him about his success but very few people knows his failure story and how he worked it out,
He never gave up and worked even harder and learnt from his past failure and mistakes.
In 1998, Ratan Tata launched Tata Indica car, unfortunately that car didn't run and could not attract people towards it. which proved to be a huge failure for Ratan Tata.

After which The Board and Committee of the company suggested to Ratan Tata that he should sell his car to Ford Company. After that Ratan Tata went tp Ford headquarter to discuss the deal.
But he returned to Mumbai without signed the Deal Because the Ford's Chairman said to Ratan Tata that
"When you don't know anything about passenger cars, why did you start the business, he said he is doing a favor by buying his business"
After hearing this Ratan Tata came without finalized the deal, the word's said by ford's chairman didn't drain him, but after that he was more confident, Now he wanted to prove those people wrong. after his determination and
dedication he was able to sell Tata Indica and start getting profit. the tables turned and Ratan Tata start making profit at the same time Ford company launched two Luxurious Car- Jaguar and Land Rover but unfortunately ford was not able to get success they faced a loss at that time and than Ratan Tata came with the offer, he said he was ready to buy their cars.

He said ford chairman and committee members to visit Mumbai for the deal. after he bought the Jaguar and Land Rover he turned them into profit.
that was his silent revenge to the failure. His hardwork and his faith in himself makes his success Journey.

But unfortunately in 2009 again Ratan Tata faced a failure when he launched Tata Nano in the market, He thought that every Indian family to own a car and that's why he come with Tata Nano,
which an average or middle class family can afford but as i told unfortunately Tata Nano failed to gather the customer. but as he learnt from his past mistakes and failure
he kept trying and never loose hope which help him to turn all his losses into success.

Ratan Tata is a skilled piolet- Few people know that Ratan Tata is a skilled pilot & he has a pilot license. Ratan Tata flew an F-16 Falcon in 2007.
Tata Hall- As we all know that Ratan Tata is a philanthropist, Ratan Tata donated 50 million dollar, to support education (Harvard Business School), in behalf HSB dedicated a hall to Ratan Tata by the name of Tata hall.
Fond of cars- Every one knows that Ratan Tata is fond of cars or you can also say that he is a car lover, he has a collection of different luxury cars like, Ferrari California, Chrysler Sebring, Honda Civic, Cadillac XLR, Land Rover Freelander, Mercedes Benz S-Class, Maserati Quattro Porte, Mercedes Benz 500 SL, Jaguar.
Keep his Promises- Ratan Tata keep his promises to make a cheapest car for middle class family. When he realized that the cost of manufacturing Nano car is more than the selling price, But he kept his promise in mind and did not increase it's price.

Ratan Tata's life and his journey is truly a motivational and inspiration for all young entrepreneurs. He taught us never give up on your values and always believe in yourself. failure is a part of life and part of success, trust your abilities and hard work. come out from your comfort zone and start taking
