Hi, friends, How are you?
Today I woke up at 6 o’clock in the morning. I do my regular works of brushed and outdoor cleaning and washing in front of the gate, I put the rangoli design. Then I drank warm water and did some exercises and meditated for half an hour. Then I drank women’s Horlicks, then I watered the plants and cleaned the home, I finished my laundry work. Then I took a shower and did the pooja.

Breakfast

^Puliyogare
I prepared Puliyogare. After breakfast, I washed the vessels and made Beetle leaf mala for Lord Hanuman temple. Then I prepared masala tea and had it. I buy some green leaves, peas, and chili for the front of the gate. Then I cleaved the leaves and peas.

Lunch

^Palya

^Sambhar
I prepared Green leaves Palya, sambar, rice ragi ball. And buttermilk. After lunch, I washed the vessels and watched the TV news and some Kannada serials. Then I slept for a while.

Snacks

I fresh up and walked for half an hour, then I prepared masala tea served with biscuits and chocolate for everyone in my family members. Then I went to the temple and gave the Beetle leaf mala and pray to God and came back to my home. Then I did the evening pooja.

Dinner

I prepared only rice, afternoon leftover the sambar I reheated and used it. After dinner, I cleaned the kitchen and wrote my diary, and went to bed.
