True meaning of healthy life and happiness

My beloved Friends,
We are almost coming to the end of this year'2020.' This year will be memorable for every aspect. We all are going through a pandemic; so many people lost their job due to this pandemic. Physically, economically, mentally, we all are still facing challenges. But, this year is a blessing for our environment because this year's pollution rate is the lowest in comparison to other years.
Today I came here to share my point of view about true 'healthy life' and 'true happiness.' For me, whether a person stays in a hut or bungalow, solitude is the same. We need to understand first that true inner happiness doesn't come from material things of this world. No matter which class you fly (economy or business), when the plane goes down, we go down too.

Try to spend your time with your friends, brothers, sisters, mates, chat with, laugh with, talk with, dance with, sing with, talk about anything logical or illogical, heaven and globe, that is true happiness.

Five indisputable facts of life:-

1.Never train children to be wealthy. Educate them to be happy. So, when they develop, they will know the value of things, not the cost.

2.Always "Eat your food for a living, don't live for food."

3.The person who loves you will never leave you for any other because even if there are 100 reasons to give up, he or she will find one reason to hold on.

4.Try to learn the difference between a human being and being human. Only a few really understand it. Try to teach our next generation too.
5.You are loved when you are born. You will be loved when you die. In between, you have to manage!

If you want to walk quickly, walk alone! But if you want to walk far away, walk together!
