Greetings to all the community on this occasion I want to share with you a breathing technique that can help improve your health this technique is called wim hof breathing its creator Mr wim hof is known as the ice man as he has broken more than 20 world records, one of these records includes having climbed two of the largest mountains in the world using a short trousers, another of his records is that he ran the arctic circle without shoes, really impressive! The creator of this technique Mr. Wim Hof points out that we must initially focus on our mind, the first step to develop this technique is the commitment to practice although this methodology is simple it requires a great commitment on your part, your mind must remain focused on the goal in what you want to achieve, each exercise must be approached with curiosity this will help you expand your mental capabilities, ask yourself a question, what do I want to achieve? once you know what you want to achieve, it is time to start with the practice.
The second step has to do with breathing, breathing will be the tool that will allow us to positively influence our immune system, for this go to a quiet place sit or lie down after you feel comfortable you will start the exercise breathing deeply inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth the breaths have to be deep you will inhale and exhale 35 times after exhaling all the air you will hold your breath for 30 seconds after this time you will fill your body with air and hold your breath for 15 seconds then you will let the air out gently this will be the first round, the second round you will inhale and exhale 35 times after voting all the air you will hold your breath for one minute, then you will vote the air gently and fill your body with air for 15 seconds and vote it gently this will be the second round, for the third round repeat the process only this time you will hold your breath for one and half minute then vote the air then fill your body with air and for 15 seconds after this time you will vote the air gently this will be the third round.
Once you finish the three rounds of exercise, the creator of the method recommends that you take a cold shower, the cold helps boost your immune system improves your mood and a cold shower can speed up your metabolism it also has the ability to reduce inflammation in the body. Another benefit of exposing yourself to the cold is that it helps you get out of your comfort zone.

I wonder - why would you be skeptic about it's benefits?
Personally I've been following that breathing techniques for over 2 years and I feel that it is currently the most healthy habit in my entire life.
Quality of sleep improved. Anxiety is no more. And overall I don't remember last time I got cold / got sick.
Im curious where your skepticism is coming from.
