Pumpkin salad::

✓ This time I’m using a steamer but you can use a noraml pod if you don’t have one.
✓Pumpkin 500g.
✓Salt.
✓Let it sit for 15-20 mins.
✓Wait until the juice comes out of pumpkin.
✓Add 1-2 Tbsp of water.
✓ Cook with the Lid on.
✓Lower the heat after water boils and cook for 15 mins.
✓ Check if it’s soft Enough.
✓Place pumpkin into a bowl and mash them .
✓ You can use a blender if you prefer smooth texture.

Cucumber 100g (1-2pieces).
Add salt and let it set for 10 mins.
Onion 50g.
Add water and let it sit for 10 mins.
Drain water of cucumber and onion.
Add them to pumpkin.
Canned Tuna 100g.
Mayonnaise 50g.

This dish is ready when all the ingredients are cooked.
