INFOSYS ANNOUNCES SALARY HIKE FOR EMPLOYESS

Infosys announced that the salary hike will be effective in July 2021. This hike is the second hike in the calendar year, as the company retains the talent. Early the company hiked in January2021. The 40th AGM said that the markets are opening slowly and starting to hire. This increases the attrition rate compared to last year.

And also said that the company is putting more effort to retain the talent. TCS was the company to increase the compensation to employees in April 2021.
