The Inox Wind arm industries made an agreement to divide the stakes into six firms

Inox Wind on Monday said its arm was Inox Wind Infrastructure Services Ltd (IWISL) has entered into a shareholding agreement to sell its entire share of six firm shares to the wholly-owned company Resco Global Wind Services.

Marut-Shakti Energy India, Sarayu Wind Power (Kondapuram) Pvt Ltd, Sarayu Wind Power (Tallimadugula) Pvt Ltd, Vinirrmaa Energy Generation, Satviki Energy Pvt Ltd, and AABPWNE RBRK Investments Ltd , these are the six firms.

A subsidiary, Resco Global Wind Services Private Ltd for financial consideration, "the BSE said in a statement. "As the part of the business restructuring process, A subsidiary of the company, IWISL entered into a shareholding agreement today to sell all the issued and paid shares in its six diffrent fully owned companies.

Further the sale of the stake, the six companies will cease to be 100 percent IWISL subsidiaries but will continue to be step-down arms.

Stock prices of inox wind Ltd are continuously increasing, I think separating the stacks into six firms may result in a price hike, and also the company is doing so far so good.
