탄수화물을 먹어서 인지
피로누적인지
너무 피곤하다..

금연을 해도 몸의 컨디션이
좋아지지는 않는다던데

역시 살을 빼야하는 건가..

아이에게 규칙을 교육하는 만큼
나도 정한 규칙을 잘 지키려는
노력을 하려고 한다.

내가 정하는 규칙만 잘 지켜도
몸상태가 아주 좋아질 것 같다.
