집에서 샤브샤브를 해먹었습니다.
와이프가 미나리가 없다고 미나리대신 숙주와 버섯 등을 넣고 맛나게 만들어줬습니다.
특히 마지막에 칼국수를 넣어서 삶아 먹었는데요.
마지막에 먹은 칼국수가 겁나 맛있더군요.
처음에는 양이 많은 게 아닌가 걱정도 했었는데요.
먹다보니 제 배속으로 전부 들어가게 되었습니다.
역시 국물은 고깃국물이 최고인듯 합니다.^^
