1년 365일.. 하는 말.. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

또 4월이고 다시 뱃살 찌는 기분이 들어 그룹PT 헬스 등록하고 왔어요!

꾸준하기 진짜 힘드네요ㅜㅜㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

1년치 끊어도 안가고 돈 버릴꺼 같고 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ그래서 조금씩 하게되요

그래도 전보다는 나아져서 식단으로 조절해서 나름 유지도 하고 습관 기르는 중이에요!

올해 쉬는 틈 없이 쭈욱 운동해서 꼭 운동 습관 들여보기 또 다짐해봅니다 🙇‍♀️

              올해 목표 중 하나인 수영을 슬슬 시작하시죠~
              초급반부터 고급반까지는 하나하나 배우는 재미가 있어서,
              열심히 다니게 되더라구요!
              (혹 주변에 같이 다닐 친구나 지인이 있으면 효과는 더 좋은것 같아요!)
