요런 라운드 눈에 확 띄네요

지하철 공사장에 설치되고 있는 것인데
구조물의 목적이 무엇인지는 잘 모르겠지만
이런 라운드 건물에 참 매끈하게 느껴집니다.
외부에 저 것은 단열재 일까요..?
외장이 따로 있나 모르겠습니다.
