This is a beautiful redone house with a very boxy modern style as it is in fashion now.
I think these very rational dramatic lines look very nice with very high contrast of colors like black and white I think they look great.
Even the choice of the transparent upper balcony with a glass window is really very appropriate.
Many modern houses have this very attractive design with very simple materials but with a perfect effect.
