LEARN WITH STEEM|| DIY-HOW TO CUT AND SEW HIJAB BY FONEXSIGNATURE

Hello to my fellow steemians as well as steem skillshare, I hope everyone is booming well. fonexsignature is here with another interesting update on how to cut and sew hijab.


Hijab is an hair covering used by the Muslim tribes. It's normally wore by all the
Muslim women starting from infants to adult as respect to their husbands. Material used I making hijab is Lycra fabric.

MEASUREMENTS

Length	30
Round face	23
Hijab cap length	3
Hijab cap width	6

STEP 1
Firstly, for me to know my face circumference I will used my Round face measurement and divided it by 8. i.e 23÷4 =5 1/2.

I folded my Lycra material into four and Mark using my measurements.

I Mark my length and the round face . I placed my tape from where I have my circumference and placed my tape in a triangular form and have my length. At the bottom I marked two inches upward so as to round the bottom of the hijab

I sew the two side and notch the center and prepare hijab cap

STEP 2
For my hijab cap I took the length 3" and the width 6". I folded them into four and Mark making it in a triangular and cut it out as seen in the picture

After I cut the hijab cap I sewed it all round and notch the center of the hijab cap and placed it on the main hijab and sew it to the shaping side and stop.


Finally I weave the hijab and press it.
