As a worker, I should have a skill that helps me to perform my task efficiently and to reach the target quota. Factories have different machines to make work faster and easier. It needs technical skills personnel to operate those machines. Like the Cutter machine that I operate. Normally this is cut by scissors manually. Using the machine it raises the productivity and efficiency of work.

Analysis

This is a sleeve part in a coat. It sewed with facing in cuffs. To make it look suitably and plain, the sewing edge should be cut in half. Instead of scissors machine is used.

Using the cutter machine makes the work easier, faster, and minimizes manpower. It also produce efficient and quality product.

In less than 3 minutes I can cut 20 sets of cuffs. It's amazing because of the machine and of course my technical skills. Though it looks easy it needs proper handling, machine control, proper arrangements, and concentration. It also needs self- discipline skill to avoid accidents or death.
