What skills i have mastered in 2021 and what skills i want to master in 2022

Thanks to @nadiaturrina for this contest and i invite @shadia931, @head1 and @chicy to take part.

In 2021 i have mastered a good number of skills and i am still hoping to learn way alot more skills in 2022. I am very good at learning so it helps me master new things easily. Some of the skills i have mastered on 2021 are;

Communication

This is a very vital key everywhere. Communication is a way of helping others listen and understand you. I have learnt to properly communicate to people around me and those far from me. I learnt this skill while i was still doing my internship. It was a very vital skill which has really helped me become a good person. In most cases many people are poor at communicating to their mates but it costs nothing giving a proper communication to someone so that they can understand you and help you accordingly.

Time management

Before, i was soo poor at keeping time and i was very okay with it but this year, i realised wasting time is much costly. Once you have time to do something, you have to do it especially when all odds are on your side. I learnt this during the first Covid19 wave while the whole country was undergoing a lock down. I was in my year one at the university when we were all stopped from going to school. I sat home for a whole year and during that period i realized alot of time was being wasted. I was not studying, i was not working but rather sitted home bored day to day. This affected all students because we were delayed. So i learnt how much time management is key.

Teamwork

Team work is a necessary key especially when working. I learnt this on steemit which i joined this year in around May. At first i did not know how to go with it untill i learnt that we all have to work with each other to grow. This is through inviting friends to different contests to take part and upvoting their content to help one another's accounts grow. Thanks to @yohan2on because he was the one who introduced me to steemit and taught me how to use it.

Skills i want to learn in 2022
Flexibility
Being flexible to all situations is just like having a mindset that quickly adjusts to necessary change when it comes your way. I want to learn on how to be flexible to some situations because change is necessary in life as we grow so i want to make sure i learn to adjust to necessary changes that come to my life.

Research

One of the most difficult skills to me is research. I find it really hard making research and yet it is a necessary skill. At school it will help me understand my classwork very well. I really want to impact this skill by force because i get lazy doing some research. At tes i do it but not passion9. So am hoping to change my attitude towards making research so that i can accomplish my goal in 2022.
