This contest came to mind days ago when I was just thinking about the pleasant and unpleasant side of the job we do. Of a truth we have enjoyed some awesome and pleasant moments in our jobs like when you're appreciated well for job well done,when you're able to meet up with clients expectations and lots more.
But what happened when faced an unpleasant situation like when you had to deal with a nagging client,when you were far behind delivery schedule due to reason beyond you, when you made a mistake with your clients order or when you were close to dissapointing a very loyal client and lots more that are peculiar to our respective jobs.
Share with us how you handle those tough situation you experienced in your job as this will enlighten and also give us possible solution on how to manage such situation when we find ourselves in such in the nearest future.
