Hello friends, I trust you’re all keeping well. I also want to believe you're enjoying your stay with this awesome community @steem.skillshare. I know if I decide to carryout a survey about how much this community has impacted you,I will get a lot of wonderful feedback from you all.

Do you know that as community members, you can help us do beyond what we’ve been doing before ? I will like to narrow it down to the area of support and upvotes. I know some of you have not been getting upvote the way you expect, well there are so many factors responsible for that,one of which is the size of the current resources available (booming support) which is limited in supply compared to the total number of people available in the community and that is why we have been so descreet in maximizing the available resource.

Now the aim of the post is to actually re-introduce and enlighten us about a system already existing in this community that many of us have ignored totally. It is called the CURATION TRAIL system. I want to believe that the reason why many of us have not join this system is as a result of limited knowledge about it. I will explain to us all we need to know about this system and how it is beneficial to us all.

Curation Trail.

Curation Trail is a system created with the aim of supporting a group of people through joint effort and cooperation. It is designed in such a way that when a group combine resources together,it will serve the group better than it would have served an individual when not combined. Take this scenario as an example if everybody in a community have one broom stick each, do you know that the broom stick will not be very useful in the hand of an individual because it is just a broomstick and not a complete broom,he can't use it to sweep his or room,let alone the surroundings, it therefore means it is underutilized in spite of the potential ability of the broomstick. But do you know that they (as a community) can have a full broom capable of sweeping a room and even the enviorns when they all come together to contribute their broomsticks? That is just the way it is, everyone can now use the broom in turns to ensure cleanliness in their surrounding.

That is the system we are trying to build, a system where everyone is support by contributing their voting power via joining our curation trail or delegating to @steem.skillshare. By doing this every post can be supported substancially and the good thing is that the more we join and also remain committed to powering up, the larger the size of the voting power and the more we become less dependent on the booming support.

This has worked for many communities, there are some communities on steemit that don’t depend on the curator, they have been able to build their community trail so much that it can serve all their community members.Steem curators have so much on their hands already, the work load is much, we can relieve them of this duty if we build this system. Presently our trail can vote close to $1 but I believe we can move it close to $5 in a very short period if we all join and also remain committed to power up.

Other Benefit of joining the Curation Trail.

(a) Curator’s Reward.
There are two basic way to earn on steemit, you either earn as an author or you earn as a curator. The issue is many of us focus on the authors reward and pay less attention to the curator’s reward, when you vote a quality post, you get rewarded,it therefore mean when you join the trail and it is being used to vote a post, you also get a reward on the post voted which you can check form your wallet..it is very seemless trust me. See an example below.

Note: The reward increases as more curation is being done with your account and also depend more on your SP

(b)Your post will also be voted
Anyone who sows should reap the reward and harvest of his labour, you won’t be definitely left out when you decide to join the trail, don’t forget the aim of this system is to ensure that everyone is supported,so if everyone joins, it a plus, everyone will be supported equally.

(c)You will maximize your voting power
So many people are too busy to curate a post despite the fact that they have amazing voting power due to their SP size and it is not their fault as many have one or two things to do both on the steemit platform and off the platform. Now by joining the trail, your voting power can bring you returns weekly as it is being used to vote quality post via curation trail. All these are amazing benefit are what you need to consider.
