APPLICATION FOR REGISTERING AS AN ENGLISH STUDENT ON STEEM SKILLSHARE by @liamnov

Have a blessed day to all and the warmest greetings to all members of the #steemskillshare community. It's a big opportunity for us to become a part of this community where we can learn by having their tutorial and being a learner or student in the community. It's my pleasure to become an English Student on #steemskillshare. Now it's time to submit my application for registration as an English Student here in the community. By the way, my real name is Marissa Bontes. But my steemit account name is @liamnov, 44 years of age from Cebu City, Philippines. The native language that I always used in my conversation is CEBUANO. I can understand English but I can not speak it fluently. When I was a student I have low grades in my English Subject. Maybe I can not understand the words where, when, and how to be used.

Why do you want to improve your English?

Since we are in a steemit world we need to have good English skills because we are writing quality content to be posted on the steemit platform. But now I accept the fact that I have very poor English.
I want to improve my English because I want to learn a deeper understanding of some English words that I usually used in my content.

What’s your goal in your English language journey?

My goal is to become a better and creative writer someday after I finished my study in our class. Also, I can communicate with other authors in the community through English conversation. I know that it's very hard for me but I will try.

What is your current level of English, according to you?

My current level of English is average where I can read and understand simple English words but I can not express myself using a deep English word in a sentence. Somewhat I can not express my imagination if I don't have enough experience of certain situations. It is hard for me to create an imaginative story of certain situations.

Which English skill is the most difficult for you?

The most difficult English skill for me is writing and speaking. But here in steemit, we need good writing skills to have good quality content for our post. So we need to study more to improve our English writing skills.

Learning English for free is a great opportunity for us as a student to learn more and remember all our lectures during our studies in the past year when we are still a student. We need to learn more to help us to become better writers someday. This free English course will help us to create good quality content here on steemit.
