Introduction
I am inviting all of you to accept this 30 Days Meditation Challenge that I am going to publish daily on Steem SkillShare. I believe that all skills are important but we must not forget about one skill that can literally transform your life which is called Meditation. Meditation is not just a skill of your mind as for me it is a lifestyle. We can improve our lives by starting this journey together. It is a journey deep inside your inner self. You have a chance to meet your true self outside the stereotypes, dogmas, rules and etc. The journey to meet yourself could become THE JOURNEY OF YOUR LIFE. Most of us have no idea that higher ourselves are much bigger and more powerful than what we realise. Sometimes some people in some stressful situations realise that their potential is much bigger than they ever thought. If you are ready to improve all spheres of your life and say goodbye to your fear, doubts and worries then join me and start 30 Days Meditation Challenge.
Does it suit everyone?
Absolutely, it is perfect fir anyone who wants to start Meditation. It is a perfect way to stay motivated and focused on this challenge consciously removing all useless information from your mind. We are going to practice mindfulness. It is best to start with someone else to keep the Challenge go on.
30 Day Meditation Challenge Guide
We will practice 30 days everyday in the early morning between 4 a.m. and 5 a.m. at least for 10 minutes. But you can try any time of the day and at least 5 minutes.
I will announce the starting day and you follow the next day.
