Love yourself more. Find your trueself

How could one not love himself, you may ask me. Yet, there are many people who don't love or accept themselves. First of all in order to love yourself, you need to find yourself. That may sound even more awkward to some. Some of my friends get crazy when I say that. But think about yourself and filter away everything that was put on you from all the conditions and circumstances of your life. You must try to see your trueself. Do you think you really need some or you need just to show others that you are doing right thing. We spend so much time living someone else's life. We spend time to prove others that we right or good. We try to impress others or get their approval. Half of the things we do during the day, we do just to be accepted by others. We have empty talks to show our interest. We pretend by dressing something that we feel is socially accepted. We are scares just to be us or say what we really think. Many die without knowing or recognising their true " I". We act based on the rules and opinions.
We still can have social life and have good relationship with others. Find yourself, love yourself, and others will love you more.
