Meditation is really a powerful tool to heal your whole body. All processes in our body are controlled by our mind. All illnesses are related to psychological processes in our body. We must keep our thoughts and mind clean to be healthy both mentally and physically. It is important to clean the mind with the help of meditation. You can meditate the whole day or even just 5 minutes and you still will notice improvements in your daily life. Be sure that you do not force yourself. Just do it step by step. Because you have to gradually switch from one state of mind and body to a new one. You have to become more confident and more relaxed. Accepting everything that life gives you will help you to overcome any difficulties.
