We don't notice on daily basis that our brain processes thousands of thoughts a day, which can be really overwhelming and even frustrating. Sometimes I think that me myself and my thoughts are identical and I am unable to switch off my mind. I know that thoughts are like shorts on youtube and just keep us wasting our time as many of them are just rubbish. The most persisting are negative thoughts as they are very powerful energetically. Pushing negative thoughts into the depths of your consciousness will only allow them to reappear later.
When we relax and just observe our thoughts, we can understand that we must not get identified with our negative thinking and self blaming. As this leads to dramatic energy loss and can lead to severe depression.
