A few days ago, I was invited by some friends from Yemen.
It was a really great evening and I had a really great time with my friends.
Obviously, during this type of meeting, one of the major topics of dialogue and cultural difference, food was one of the major protagonists.
They let me taste some very good lamb meat.
I saw it, and I immediately thought of a typical Italian dish, lo spezzatino.
It is really very curious how in such different parts of the world there are dishes that are really so similar both from the visual point of view and from the point of view of taste.
