Easter Monday in Italy is considered the day of the barbecue.
It's a tradition to spend the day with friends or family and put some meat on the grill.
As I have already had the opportunity to write on this blog Italy is not a very famous country for barbecue even if I am a fan and I have published many recipes regarding this way of cooking meat.
We didn't do much today because we didn't want to throw the meat away, but it's worth it to consider these beautiful pork ribs that we first baked and then grilled really delicious.
