How to avoid popular mistakes in baby feeding

We all want to enjoy the moment of baby growing learning and tasting the things around the. But it can be also super frustrating for parents. As we want the babies to be able to eat without throwing food around and to walk without falling.

I learned from my experience that babies are perfect and they know many things by instinct. They use smell a lot. By smelling things and people they understand a lot of information. First, they immediately know if they like the things or not. It is very natural for parents to dictate their will and they are sure that babies don't know and do not understand anything. That is absolutely wrong!! The babies can lead you. Especially, it is true in baby feeding.

As an expert in this field, I strongly advise parents to listen, watch, observe and follow their baby leads. If your son or daughter refuse certain type of food, you have just to accept it and not try to give any pressure or negative feelings.

If you are sure certain type of food is super healthy then try to cook it in multiple ways and see if eventually your child accepts it. Children are so fast growing or developing so maybe today they refuse it and then in few days they eat that food with pleasure. Just patience gives you privilege to say that you listen and follow your child.

You can feed your baby but careful for the allergy so always make sure to start with small quantities. Do not try to cook new ingredients in big portions.
