Hair lose can bring a lot of discomfort to our everyday lives. Hair lose can be a result of medications, Living conditions and unhealthy diet. It might also be a cause due to heredity but that doesn't mean you have no chance of stopping it. Today I'll show you some steps which you can adhere to, to prevent hair lose.
1. Wash And Dry Your Hair Gently
Sometimes our hair falls off due to rough handling when washing or drying. Force scrubbing or rubbing can lead to breakage of hair quickly. To prevent such, wash hair with warm water and massage gently with your fingertips while applying shampoo. After washing, wrap your hair with a soft towel until it's dried.
2. Minimize Harsh Hair Treatments.
Some treatments we apply on our hair can lead to breakage or falling of hair without noticing. Hot blow dryers can weaken the hair strands and heavy chemical hair creams like relaxers and dyes can weaken the hair. Always abstain from frequent hair treatment to prevent hair lose.
3. Use A Wide-tooth Comb.
Most times, our hairs tends to get tangled and knotted, and we usually just use any comb or brush we find to straighten it. Sometimes we have to note out the type of Comb we use as miniature combs can cut our hairs. Whenever your hair is tangled, make use of wide tooth comb to easily straighten out any tanglement. You could also prevent entanglement by applying leave in conditioner.
4. Eat a healthy, protein-rich diet.
Eating a well balanced meal can help improve the growth of your hair. There are some nutrients found in some foods that enhance hair growth and reduces breakage or entanglement. Vegetables, fruits, healthy fats and lean proteins has all been proven to improve hair growth. So remember to add these in your next meal.
5. Drink Water To Hydrate Your Hair
Our hair can end up being dry due to lack of water in the body. It's proven that drinking more water can increase the strength of a person's hair and makes it last longer than expected. Thee hair follicles tends to absorb water and hydrogen found in the body which means you should always remember to be hydrated.
