I,m share very easy way to coconut Sweet barfi dessert very yummy delicious recipe .Now can start this recipe

Ingredients

👉🏻 2 cup crush coconut
👉🏻 1/4 cup milk
👉🏻 1/2 cup powder milk
👉🏻 1/2 tbsp cardamon powder
👉🏻 1 cup sugar
👉🏻 4,6 tbsp olive oil / butter

Recipe

Step 1

Take 1 big coconut grated coconut.take 1/4 cup fresh milk.add firstly olive oil in pot then added coconut in oil roasted coconut in low heat 4,5 minutes until coconut color chang light Golden.

Step 2

Add cardamom powder after 2 minutes in coconut,and powder milk,sugar,fresh milk cook until all milk dry .cook on low to medium heat.

Step 3

Cook well 4,5 minutes all milk dry coconut barfi saparate with pot its means its done perfectly.

Turn off heat cool coconut Barfi dessert for 25 mintues.then put all coconut Barfi mixture in one pan grace this pan add all mixture put on fridge for 2 hour .
