South Africa is struggling a lot because they have internal board issues and kolpak deals which hurt them a lot and thus this south African team is not strong like before whom we know. If I can see that it will be only few players like rabada, de Kock, Nortje are good players and maybe will not get to see more good players in feature. South Africa has issue since Graeme Smith retired that not able to find good captain who lead the team with confidence. They keep changing captains in short time. Deal Elgar will lead captaincy in this series as last it was de Kock. It will be interesting to see how he will lead in this series.

South Africa's current form is not good as last they played against Pakistan and lost both test matches in Pakistan as well as also lost one day and T20 series at home against same opponent. Most worried thing for them is that South Africa was not able to out tailender as well as their bowler also not able to take wickets on regular basis. It will be much easier tour for them as there will seamer pitch so maybe comfortable to play. Their squad also not look much good but they have to play with them. Temba Bavuma is not fit and maybe replace with Kyle Verreynne and also keegan Petersen will get chance as he scored lots of runs in domestic cricket.

West Indies recent form is very good compared to South Africa because they not have strong team but still able to draw series against Sri Lanka as well as won ODI series and best Bangladesh 2 back to back test matches in Bangladesh which is proving they played good cricket overall. West Indies also has similar problem like South Africa as their internal board issues many good players not like to play for team. Holder is a wonderful person who keep making team and they also has some talented players too.

West Indies has a big blow before this match as Their in form bowler Shannon Gabriel suffering from hamstring and thus will miss his first test but it's likely to say that Jaydon Selaes another young fast bowler will get chance with replace of Gabriel. Kieran Powell also back in team after 2-3 years as he is also a good opener so team looks very nice with good batsman and allrounder.

South Africa also not in good form and their all ley players retired from International cricket so it will be great opportunity for them. Rassie Van Der Dussen is only South African player whom we can trust most as he is in excellent form which ever format of cricket he play. He scored runs everywhere and he is most valuable player for them as his techniques are very good against both fast and spin bowling.

Anrich Nortje is in tremendous form, he keep taking wickets and pitches in West Indies will also help him with pace and bounce. In recent time he took more wickets then Rabada so he will be key bowler to watch.

If we going to see records, South Africa chances are more but as they not played any test in West Indies since 2010, also all are new faces and they are playing first time, it's little difficult to them.
