Given the rise in COVID-19 cases across the world, the remaining three Twenty20 Internationals between India and England will be played behind closed doors in Ahmedabad.

Over 1,30,000 people attended the first two T20Is of the season, with over 65,000 attending each game in the Narendra Modi Stadium, but the Gujarat Cricket Association has decided to close the doors for the series.

The series is now tied at 1-1, thanks to Ishan Kishan's brilliant fifty on debut, which helped India level the series. On Tuesday, the third T20I will be played (March 16). The remaining ones will take place on March 18 and 20.
