IPL Shifted to UAE but not Confirmed as the UAE has huge dilemma now

Today I came with big news about IPL. As we all know that IPL had been postponed due to a rise in the Covid Cases in India. After this news, We all were so much furious about what happened. But after a lot of thinking and negotiation with the UK, UAE, SL, and Australia. BCCI has come up with the conclusion that the remaining 31 matches of IPL will possibly be played in the UAE. Finally, BCCI has explored 3 weeks window from September 18 as the start date, to October 10 as the date for the final for the tournament. The official announcement may come any time soon. But now due to the severe condition of Covid 19, UAE has stuck in the dilemma because BCCI, ICC, PCB, AFGHANISTAN, IRELAND AND NEWZEALAND wants their ground to Conduct thier IPL, T20 World Cup, PSL and bilateral series.

LIST OF IN lINE TOURNAMENTS TO BE CONDUCTED AT UAE

1) PSL

UAE will host 20 matches of the PSL 2021 session, from June 5. While the UAE and the PCB still didn't Confirm the fixture, but it is all agreed, occupying the ground for a minimum of 20 days.

2) PAKISTAN Vs AFGHANISTAN BILATERAL SERIES
Afghanistan’s home ground is either India or the UAE but as the opposition being Pakistan, Afghanistan has to play the series in the UAE. It is scheduled to happen in early September which includes 3 ODIs, meaning occupying at least one week.

3) PAKISTAN Vs NEW ZEALAND BILATERAL SERIES
New Zealand will play with Pakistan in 3 ODIs and 3 T20Is in UAE in September-October for 15 days at least. But at the same time zone, BCCI is also planning to host IPL 2021. In this case, UAE must have to decide which tournament to be played out of IPL and this series.

4) AFGHANISTAN Vs IRELAND T20 BILATERAL SERIES
Ireland will play against Afghanistan 3T20 in the UAE, taking at least a week. Due to the unavailability of India as host, they will either have to reschedule to another venue or postpone the series if IPL 2021 takes place because the T20 world cup is scheduled for 18 October.

5) T20 WOLRD CUP
the biggest fear for IPL continuation is conduction the T20 World Cup. If the ICC preferred UAE over India, the UAE will have to hand over all the grounds to ICC by 1st October. That will probably stop any possibility of conducting IPL 2021 in the UAE.

As per my knowledge, under the influence of BCCI, PSL, and other bilateral series will be rescheduled but ICC may create a big problem if they wanted to but it doesn't seem to. I believe that ICC and BCCI will come up with a brilliant solution that IPL and T20 world cup will be played flawlessly.
