Absolutely, if someone from a marginal village, plays well, he cannot hold the reins. From the village to the union, from there to the upazila, then to the district, then to the divisional level, and finally to the mainstream cricket ground.

Many have got a place in the national cricket team after passing all the steps at the national level. The name of Mostafizur Rahman, a popular star of national and international cricket, comes to mind when you draw an example of such a person. His home is in a remote village in the Satkhira region on the west coast. There is no electricity in his house when it comes to getting a chance at the national level. When Mostafiz returned to his village home, his body would get wet with sweat in the heat. Later, however, the government provided electricity to the village thanks to him.

Today's Mostafiz is a star who came up playing cricket in the village field. After harvesting the paddy, a group of teenagers from the village hurriedly made the paddy field like a stadium with a spade. The game starts with pitch and ball, bat and stamp with a distance of exactly 22 bats. The bowler bowls with considerable speed. And the batsman handled the bowler's ball brilliantly. I saw this in our area when I was young. Our elder brothers would go to the field with the bat in the afternoon. I also used to run in the winter wearing a sheet.
