The development of people’s intelligence which has taken it from being simply a bean, transformed into the sweet cream people can’t get enough of these days. This process involves fermenting, drying, roasting, grinding and then adding sugar and other tastes which make it a magic sound of taste.

Chocolate has a lot more alluring factor than merely its taste. A treat for the eyes, nose and ears. Seeing the beautifully made chocolate bar breaking into pieces, smelling the rich aroma, feeling the chocolate melt in your mouth and then tasting the balanced combination of sugary and bitter ingredients give you an unforgettable chocolates experience. Additionally, chocolate is another flexible substance that is capable of fitting into different meals. It’s unique flavor profile has been added to classics like chocolate chip cookie, brownie and has taken them to next level. However, the sweet and irresistible magic of chocolate goes beyond taste alone. It shows love, comfort, and celebration. Sentiments that are difficult to say can be expressed in a box of chocolates. Companion in bad times, a reward for success and a celebration of life’s happy events.

Other scientific researchers show how moderate amounts of dark chocolate can be good for your health too. This is said to be rich in antioxidants that could help enhance one’s heart functioning. Phenylethylamine is another component found in it, which stimulate the brains to release endorphin known as feel good hormone. Interestingly, the character of chocolate matches the intricacies and diversities in human nature. Just like people have different personalities, chocolates exist in various types such as dark, milk, white and even some consider a new colour, ruby chocolates. Just as people come in various traits and characters so does each type have distinct flavor profiles. In addition, the manufacturing of chocolates is an example of what humans go through in their different stages of development. Cacao beans move through different stages including fermentation, roasting, grounding and conching during which the beans become the delicious chocolate we are aware of today. Equally, life takes people through various stages and these define who they become.

It portrays complexity and variety of human nature too.
